How to Replace Toner in EPSON and HP Networked Printers

Solution:

  1. Check the toner level – The printer will display a "Low Toner" or "Replace Toner" message on the screen.
  2. Turn off the printer – Before replacing the toner, power off the printer to avoid errors.
  3. Open the toner compartment – Lift or slide open the front panel (varies by model).
  4. Remove the old toner cartridge – Gently pull out the old toner cartridge and place it on a disposable surface.
  5. Prepare the new toner cartridge
    • Remove the protective tape and seals.
    • Shake the cartridge gently to distribute the toner evenly.
  6. Insert the new toner – Slide the new toner into place until it clicks.
  7. Close the compartment & restart – Shut the toner compartment and power on the printer.
  8. Run a test print – Ensure the printer recognizes the new toner and prints correctly.
